Inspired by two high points of English culture: the Bayeux Tapestry, and the back catalogue of Right Said Fred. One of them is nearly a thousand years old. The other one feels like it.
The design began life as hand embroidery, stitched onto linen. So did the Bayeux Tapestry, incidentally, which has been called a tapestry by mistake for the best part of a millennium and shows no sign of stopping. Stitching one shirt per order proved optimistic, so the original was adapted for print. The arrows, the mail, the faintly put-upon expression, all of it Jo's own hand.
Lightweight 100% ring-spun cotton at 153 g/m², tubular knit so there are no side seams, with a ribbed crew neck and shoulder tape to hold its shape.
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Avoid arrows.
