Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Imaginarium Project. We offer two types of products — handmade items shipped directly by us, and print-on-demand items fulfilled by our production partner Printify. Please read below for details on each.

Handmade Items

Dispatch: Handmade orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

Shipping: We ship via courier (DHL) with tracking included as standard. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International delivery: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Print-on-Demand Items

Print-on-demand items are made to order and fulfilled directly by our production partner, Printify. Please allow additional time for these orders.

Production time: 2–7 business days before shipping.

UK delivery: Typically 3–5 business days after production.

International delivery: Typically 1–3 weeks after production, depending on destination.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
